Flared jeans? Yes! They look kind of great just about now... After seasons of skinny jeans, flares look kind of cool and new. Plus if you pair them with platform wedges or suede clogs they'll look extra great! A small cross body bag won't hurt either and there you go, a fresh new look for spring-summer. My favorite flares are from Mih jeans and Mother jeans, they are fitted trough the thigh area to the knee and flare out just below the knee, which still shows off your figure.

I always loved the wedge because it gives me the lift and the comfort that I desire. Every season some designers do a wedge sandal, shoe or a boot but they are few and far between, not this season! This season there are just so many to choose from and it seems that every designer is in on it. The designers that do the wedge every season are masters at it like Stuart Weitzman and Pedro Garcia and the prices are reflecting that but there are new ones that look quite good without such an expensive price tag like Tory Burch and Ancient Greek Sandals. Below are some of my favorite ones:

Cravings vs needs #GianvitoRossi and #KJacques

As always my cravings in shoes don't always, or should I say almost never equal my needs, comfort or affordability levels. Only on those rare occasions when my head wins over my heart do I actually choose the shoes that I will wear for the whole season or more and stay happy with them throughout. Lots of things need to come together in order for me to choose the correct pair and often it takes many failures (shoes that were worn once or twice and had to be discarded because they're too uncomfortable or just don't look the way I imagined they would) to achieve and purchase  that one winning pair which will make me happy all through the season.
So on the left side are the shoes that I crave and on the right side are the shoes that are more wearable and affordable. What do you think?

#charlottetilbury #beachstick Nice find for the summer if it ever comes...

Love Charlotte Tilbury's stylish packaging and the fact that all of these sticks have some glowing golden pigments in them, which give your lips and cheeks a healthy just came from the sun look that  we all crave. Plus they're fun to use and pretty. So far most of the products that I've tried from her line are pretty great. The Moon Glow (see below) stick is a peachy-rosy color which has sold out already in some stores, the Ibiza is a sheer brownish-tan color with lots of gold in it, so pretty to use all over the face for a sun-kissed look.

7 Day nail polish? Yes indeed! #Vinylux

  I love this nail polish because it lasts for a whole week without chipping! If you have natural nails, you know how soon a regular polish begins to chip. We blame chipping or even peeling on the weather or the person giving us the manicure  but it's really all in the polish! The only problem that I have with this polish is that it doesn't have enough pastel colors but I think they are working on it.
My favorite shades are Hollywood, Romantique, Studio white (semi-sheer white) and Negligee ( a sheer pink) It is a two step process, so the top coat by the same brand has to be used and the shine that it brings to nails is wonderful plus it lasts longer than a shine from a  regular top coats even the more expensive ones.
