#Fringe: use sparingly

Ahh, Fringe! Every year you can see fringe being used in accessories, jackets, skirts but not as much as this Fall. The bohemian vibe that fringe brings to the wearer is unquestionably young and carefree, it gives the wearer the illusion of freedom and  looking like a free-spirit! The cotton is soft and lightweight, the cut is very flattering and best thing is that they're on sale at Bloomingdale's plus 20% off with their HOLIDAY promotion.
